INFLUENCE OF OUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS

With our thoughts and feelings, we create the world around us.

Negative feelings tell you something; they are indicators to engage in a new experience. They only become problematic if you ignore or suppress them.

Healing can begin when you dare to feel everything the world wants you to feel, without judgment.

How can you, as a person, bring out the best in yourself, how can you intuitively excel at work, or how can you access your super brain?

We are taught to go through life competitively rather than cooperatively and sharing.

I think if we could change this mindset, the world would look a bit kinder.

Instead of asking “What does it bring me?” you can ask yourself, “What can I contribute?”

How can you live a life based on cooperation instead of competition, and where can you start?

Start with simple things like:

  • How can I ensure that other people have a good day?
  • What can I do to help people?
  • Listen to what someone is telling you; usually, while listening, we are already thinking about how we will respond!

You can apply this in any situation.

Of course, you shouldn’t lose sight of your own needs.

We are conditioned to believe that we must fight for everything that is good for us. If we can detach from this, we will heal, and that takes hard work.

Your heart is constantly conversing with your mind.

And we have learned to react from our mind and forget our heart.

If you can reconnect with your heart, you will reach your deepest intuition and compassion. From that connection, we can create electric and magnetic fields that make us aware of our feelings and emotions.

To connect more with your heart, you can do various things:

  • Meditate
  • Practice yoga
  • Do breathing exercises
  • Eat healthy food (what nature provides)

Maintaining an open heart takes effort.

You have to do something for it, constantly trim the weeds, make the right choices, and keep returning to that deep place inside where you truly know what is good for you and what you really need.

Do your best to be there for friends, love them, accept them, knowing they also care about you, even when you’re not the cheerful one, perhaps even more so.
