TRB Breath Session

During the session, you will be guided by a specific breathing technique. This technique allows you to breathe deeply and continuously, enabling you to experience physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual liberation.

It is a gentle method that allows you to go beyond the mind and connect more deeply with your body and feelings. You may notice patterns in your thoughts or behavior that can then be addressed.

  • Physical: An active breathing session provides more energy, detoxifies, and strengthens the immune system. It balances the acidity in the blood and massages the muscles, organs, and blood vessels. Blood flow and lymphatic drainage are supported. Oxygen is the most important source for nourishing our cells. Inhaling oxygen strengthens the immune system, while exhaling helps to release toxins and waste materials. Most people only use 30% of their respiratory system, so there is much to gain here.

  • Mental: There is always an ongoing interaction between what we feel, think, and do. The body and mind cannot be separated. During a breathing session, you can gain insight into specific thought patterns and beliefs and understand how they affect you.

  • Emotional: Emotions are essentially nothing more than energy in motion. If you can stay fully present with an emotion and keep breathing calmly, this feeling will pass very quickly. Traumas and emotions that we label as negative have a low vibrational frequency. When you breathe in life energy with a high vibrational frequency, it naturally moves to the area in the body with a low vibrational frequency. This automatically causes them to match the higher vibrational level. In this way, you can integrate emotions. Anything you haven’t fully felt in your life gets stored in your organs and other parts of the body. During the breath session, you accept the emerging emotions and come into contact with that energy in the body.

  • Spiritual: During breathing, you descend deeper into your heart and feel an increasing connection with yourself. On the emotional and mental levels, the pain of the EGO is healed. Conditioned layers are progressively shed, which helps you come into stronger contact with your inner purity and intuition.

Combining with Body Remembers Trauma Therapy (BTRR)

You can combine this session with Trauma Release sessions. This combination is effective and profound, allowing you to establish a connection with yourself like never before. This combined session provides durable healing.

If you find it challenging to come alone, it is also possible to come with someone close to you. Doing this together can be very beautiful and rewarding. The only requirement is that you must both feel comfortable and be able to be vulnerable with each other.
